CAMPUS PASTOR

Christ Fellowship is a dynamic multi-site spread throughout Miami-Dade County.  The mission of our church is to help others follow Jesus.  We are looking for a full-time Campus Pastor who is a member of the discipleship staff and responsible for the spiritual development of his staff team and members within his campus.

 

Responsibilities:

• Expected to live an exemplary life modeling the call, character, and competencies becoming a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

• Oversee our discipleship process and ensure that it is emulated at our campus. Connect to God, each other, serving, and Telling Others.

• Oversee the weekend worship environment, serving as the relational point person and ensuring the weekend worship services are excellent.

• Ensure the Guest Services ministry provides great experiences and four touches to all guests at our weekend services.

• Work alongside the CF Kids and CF Students Director to ensure the ministry to families at the campus is excellent.

• Build the small groups ministry at the campus, overseeing the health of the groups (as measured by our four group values), and moving adults from the worship services to small groups.

• Leadership Development: Disciples, equips, and apprentices a campus pastor role and one other significant role. Recruit, train, and build relationships with current staff and volunteers. Minister to team through prayer, communication, and other means. (Ephesians 4:11-12)

• Lead the campus, via the small groups in the campus, to serve the local community: both the immediate community and the under-resourced and hurting.

• Maintain and oversee the budget for the respective campus in order to steward God’s money appropriately.
