Human Resources Manager (Part-Time)
The Human Resources Manager is a professional staff member resposible for managing the day-to-day operations of Human Resources services, processes, policies and programs that support the achievement of our church goals.

You will be:

Providing employee services regarding Human Resources related information, requests, issues and policies.

Managing sensitive and confidential matters of employee relations, organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of employee information.

Recruiting through job postings, screening applicants, interviewing and participating in the selection process.

Conducting new hire onboarding.

Ensuring compliance with Christ Fellowship's policies and procedures.

Managing employee recognition program.

Developing necessary policies, documentation and processes.
You should have:

A minimum of three to five years of Human Resources experience.
