Caring For Miami: Packing backpacks and cancer care kits
Migrant Community Block Party: Providing resources to the community.
Where do I go on Big Serve Day?
Caring For Miami packing event: Go directly to the Caring For Miami Warehouse - 16595 SW 90th Ave, Palmetto Bay, FL 33185 United States
Migrant Community Block Party: Go directly to the Homestead Housing Authority - 29355 S. Dixie Hwy, Homestead, FL 33033
What time should I arrive?
Caring For Miami: The event is from 9am-12pm. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
Migrant Community Block Party: There are 2 shifts available. 8am-11:30am and 11:30am-2pm. Arrive 10-15 minutes before your shift to allow time for check-in.
What do I wear on Big Serve Day?
Wear your black Christ Fellowship t-shirt and comfortable, closed-toed shoes.
Are children allowed to serve?
Yes!
Do I need to register my child?
No.
Will there be food?
There will be water and some snacks provided.
Where do I park?
Caring for Miami: Park in the North Lot (also known as the overflow lot / the grass lot across the street from the Palmetto Bay campus.)
Migrant Community Block Party: There will be a parking team directing you where to park upon entering the community.
